The first meeting with all partners was held in Zreče and where the project progress was discussed. In the following days Turkish trainers met teachers and trainers from Slovenia and Austria and were trained in the fields of CNC manual programming, CNC CAM programming, Safety and Robotics, Machine control and embedded systems, Optical measurement systems, Quality Management and Design. The trainings were performed in Villach (FH Kärnten), Wolfsberg (HTL), Zreče (ŠC Slovenske Konjice-Zreče) and in Graz (FH Joanneum). We had the honour to welcome in our country a high political representative of Turkey – the Governor of the region Mr. Günaydin Sehmus.
The whole program was rounded up by visits to companies and typical sights of Austria and Slovenia.
Flexcell, Zreče October 2014
In October 2014 we had the opportunity to welcome in Zreče Mr. Erol Uysal as the project manager and school headmaster. After meetings he also visited school facilities and participated in trainings in Zreče and Graz.
The first meeting in the Flexcell project was held in Urla, Turkey. The task was to introduce the partners and present the project as a whole with its objectives, activities and planned results. The knowledge delivery countries Austria and Slovenia presented the educational systems and areas where the project is active. The Turkish partners introduced themselves, the school system and fields of interest. The first step was to check the school equipment and form key competences for knowledge transfer, to determine persons on the activity train the trainers.
FLEXCELL, Pula 2012
The next meeting in the Flexcell project was held in Pula, Croatia. The task was to introduce the partners and present the project as a whole with its objectives, activities and planned results. The knowledge delivery countries Austria and Slovenia presented the educational systems and areas where the project is active. A very important aspect of the knowledge transfer was the new concept idea developed in this project. The first step was to check the school equipment and form key competences for knowledge transfer. The Croatian trainers emphasised specific topics in which they would like to be trained in order to able to perform these topics for students and other participants.
Flexcell, Pula 2014
The working days in Pula were dedicated to the actual project standing and its activities progress. The results were checked and preparations for Urla, Turkey visit were made. The Croatian and Turkish partners presented their progress. After the official meeting the trainers from TR and HR were participating in trainings in the following fields: Moodle presentation, CAM programming and ZWSoft, Teamviewer presentation and PLC education. The last day was dedicated to the future cooperation possibilities and strategic planning. Ideas for common projects were brought together and put on paper – as a letter of intent. Also an evaluation of the project partnership was realized.
The Croatian partners also prepared some visits to the typical sights.
